Experience the connection of mind and body through this gentle flow yoga class. A moving meditation that combines vinyasa yoga with the breath to achieve mental flow states through periods of movement and stillness. This will create an embodiment practice accessible to all levels, to allow focus and fluidity through rhythm and connection. Felicia Wong started her yoga journey in 2008, when like most North American yogis, she was introduced to the practice as a way to gain strength and flexibility in the physical body. The practice soon led to the connection between mind and body, the experience of mindfulness, and the desire to deepen her practice. She took her yoga teacher training from Passage Studios in Calgary in 2015-2016, where she gained an insight into yoga previously unimagined, but more importantly insight into herself. After teaching mostly friends and family, Felicia is ready to step into her yoga teacher self, share the practice of yoga with others and help deepen their ability to look within while also enriching their practice.
