About the facilitator:

'HI! I’m Danielle. I grew up in central/southern Alberta and currently reside in Olds with my three daughters and many cats. I mostly work as a massage therapist, moonlighting as a yoga and meditation teacher. I have been massaging since 2021 and teaching yoga since 2013.

I like to learn about body movement, anatomy, the human energy system and how all systems of the body work together, meditation, and spiritual healing. I am passionate about helping people find ways to experience less pain in their bodies and to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.'
