Mala's have been used for centuries as a tool for meditation practices. The beads of the mala provide a point of focus while moving through with the breath, mantra or intention, and allowing the mind to settle.
In this workshop, I will guide you in creating your own traditional, hand knotted 108 bead mala, infused with your intention.
