This 4 part series covers basic professional communication designed to elevate your business skills through 3 workshops over the course of 3 weeks and ending in a live networking dinner. Each workshop builds tools to polish the skills you learn each week with the ultimate goal of practicing + putting these new skills into action.  The fourth and final event is the "Dress Rehearsal". This dinner party is where participants practice what they've learned and apply them in a safe and encouraging environment alongside fellow entrepreneurs.

Workshop 1 The topic is Social Media:  'Leaving a Review is the New Thank You Note' with Amy Lee of Olds Town Square.  Workshop 2 The topic is Business Etiquette and Making First Impressions - 'The World Was My Oyster, But I Used the Wrong Fork' with Anne Blackburn of Blackburn Etiquette. Workshop 3 The topic is dialogue: 'Making Chit Chat Count' with Becky Taylor of BS Communication Strategies.

All workshops are in the studio space at Olds Town Square.

All  workshop evenings include one beverage from the coffee/kombucha bar + snacks.

The fourth + finale of the workshop series is The Entrepreneurs’ Dress Rehearsal, a three-course meal catered by Rajapaksa Catering. Bonus Learning! Guests will learn table manners, including wine service + pairings + how to hold the wine glass.  Participants will also have the opportunity to practice conversation + communication through fun prompts and activities, all while sharing experience on Social media!.

Participants will engage in interesting conversation, build business networks, practice etiquette, and develop social media storytelling, all building on key takeaways and learning from the entire series. A safe and fun way to grow your entrepreneurial spirit!
