About the event
The Freestyle Flow portion of class with guest instructor Danielle, will include dynamic movement to connect poses. Energetic movement can release tension and invigorate the body. This is a wonderful way to explore alignment within poses and connect to the transition from one pose to the next.
About Danelle - My name is Danielle Roesler Swacha. I live and work in Calgary, but grew up in Saskatoon, Sask. I am married and have four kids; two teens and 3 year old twins that keep me busy.
I am proud to be from the prairies and the first time I came to have my hair done by my cousin Amy, I knew that Olds was a special place. My two older daughters and I plan an annual summer trip to spend the day there, going to our favourite spots.
