Flow through a series of Sun Salutations + sunshine flow. A lighthearted Vinyasa Flow in honor of the long long days... some experience is helpful for maximizing your experience. About Amy Amy is a long time yoga lover who just recently graduated from a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Healing from injuries in her arms, wrists + shoulders from a long career in Hairstyling - Amy has found strength and flexibility in her body + hopes to inspire others to find it within themselves to heal as well.
